When and where is FII Riyadh 2026?
The 10th edition of FII takes place from 26 to 29 October 2026 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. Request transport between Riyadh airport, your hotel, the conference venue and scheduled meetings.
Can I book airport, hotel and local chauffeur transfers in Riyadh for FII?
Yes. GEL accepts requests for Riyadh airport pickups, hotel-to-venue transfers, meetings, day hire and multi-day itineraries for FII. Your written quotation will confirm the vehicle, service hours, pickup points and local booking conditions.
Can I request a UAE–Riyadh cross-border chauffeur transfer?
Yes. GEL accepts custom Inter-GCC requests, including UAE–Riyadh itineraries. The transfer depends on passenger eligibility, required documents, vehicle permissions, insurance and border conditions. Your quotation must confirm the route, scope, booking conditions and any excluded permits or border charges.
When and where is ADIPEC 2026?
ADIPEC takes place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. GEL can quote for airport pickups, hotel-to-ADNEC transfers, daily chauffeur hire and Dubai–Abu Dhabi return journeys.
Can I arrange a return transfer from Dubai to ADIPEC?
Yes. Request a Dubai–ADNEC return journey and provide both pickup times, your Dubai pickup location and the return meeting point. The quotation will confirm each journey and any waiting or chauffeur hire included between them.
When and where is Dubai FinTech Summit 2026?
Dubai FinTech Summit takes place on 2 and 3 November 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. Request a chauffeur for airport arrival, hotel-to-summit travel and meetings around your event schedule.
When is the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026?
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix event programme runs from 3 to 6 December 2026 at Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island. Formula 1 track sessions run from 4 to 6 December, with the race on 6 December. Share the sessions and evening activities you plan to attend when requesting your transfer.
Can I arrange Dubai-to-Yas Marina transfers for the Grand Prix?
Yes. GEL can quote for Dubai–Yas Marina return journeys, Abu Dhabi hotel pickups and airport transfers. Confirm the permitted pickup and drop-off points in advance, and include any after-race or concert return in your itinerary.
Will my chauffeur take me directly to the venue entrance?
GEL will agree a permitted pickup and drop-off point for your itinerary. Venue security, road closures and traffic controls can change access or meeting points. Follow your written pickup instructions and allow time for any walk or venue transfer that is required.
How long are Half Day and Full Day chauffeur bookings?
GEL’s published Dubai Half Day package is 5 hours and its Dubai Full Day package is 10 hours. Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and special event itineraries are quoted for the required service area and duration. Additional time outside the confirmed booking is chargeable.
Can I book a return transfer to my event?
Yes. Include the outbound and return pickup locations, dates and times in your request. GEL will confirm the two journeys and any included waiting in the quotation; a return transfer alone does not reserve the chauffeur for the entire event.
Can I book the same chauffeur service for several event days?
You can request a multi-day itinerary. Send the required pickup times, routes, meeting stops and hours for each day. GEL will confirm the available vehicle arrangement and the daily scope in writing.
Which vehicles can I request?
GEL’s published fleet includes vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, GMC Yukon and Mercedes-Benz V-Class. Share your passenger and luggage requirements so GEL can quote an appropriate vehicle. The specific model is subject to availability; any substitution follows the written booking conditions.
How much waiting is included with an airport pickup?
GEL’s published chauffeur terms include 60 minutes of waiting for an airport pickup. Waiting starts at the confirmed pickup time unless your written confirmation states a different basis. Additional waiting is chargeable under the quotation or applicable tariff.
How much waiting is included with a point-to-point transfer?
The published allowance is 15 minutes for an airport drop-off or point-to-point transfer. Additional waiting is chargeable. If you need a chauffeur to remain available during the event, request an agreed hire duration rather than relying on the transfer waiting allowance.
What is included in my chauffeur quotation, and is VAT included?
Unless your quotation states otherwise, the published UAE chauffeur terms include the driver, fuel, UAE tolls, airport parking, insurance and bottled water. VAT is excluded unless expressly included in the quotation or invoice. Special venue parking, additional time or stops, border charges and permits may cost extra; check your confirmed scope.
Can I add meeting stops or extend the hire?
Request additional stops or extra hours in advance so GEL can confirm availability and charges. Your booking covers the agreed itinerary, duration and service area. Work outside that scope may require an extra-hour charge or a revised quotation.
How far in advance should I request my chauffeur?
The published minimum notice is 4 hours for regular cars and 12 hours for premium cars and SUVs. Short-notice requests are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Send your event itinerary early so GEL can confirm the arrangements in writing.
What cancellation terms apply?
Unless your written booking specifies different terms, regular cars have no cancellation charge more than 8 hours before pickup, a 50% charge less than 8 hours before pickup, and a 100% charge for on-the-spot cancellation or no-show. Premium cars and SUVs have no charge more than 12 hours before pickup, a 50% charge less than 12 hours before pickup, and a 100% charge less than 4 hours before pickup or for no-show. Confirm exact cutoff conditions in writing; specific event or cross-border terms take precedence.
Does submitting the quote form confirm my booking?
Submitting the form or receiving a quotation does not confirm a chauffeur booking. Your booking is confirmed when GEL sends written confirmation. Follow the payment instructions and any advance-payment requirement stated in the quotation or invoice.
Does the transfer include event tickets or hospitality?
This page offers chauffeur transport. Event admission, tickets and hospitality are included only when expressly stated in your written quotation. Check your ticket and venue-access arrangements separately from the chauffeur booking.
